- Providing connectivity to all unconnected habitations – Scientific mapping of the habitations along with population data, preparation of master plan with time frame for connectivity (four years). This will include small culverts and bridges required.
- Third Party Monitoring – Evaluation, Setup / Outsource – QC laboratories.
- Biju Setu Yojana will be iconic project of the Department. Transparency, Quality and Timely completion will be given top priority. Constituency wise scientifically prepared list will be made indicating population to be benefitted. The list so prepared will be approved on 2nd fortnight of March every year by Hon’ble CM in a function involving all stakeholders so as to increase transparency and ensure time completion. The same will be done for MMSY scheme as well.
