Connecting Missing Road Links (CMRL) Scheme has been introduced in 2022-23 with the objective to bridge the Inter State, Inter District & Inter Block Connectivity gaps & to take care of missing link between State, District & Blocks the State Govt. introduced Inter District Inter Block Connectivity Scheme in the State to effectively meet the transportation needs & also to promote access to economic & social services, thereby generating increased agricultural productivity, non-agricultural employment & nonagricultural productivity. Through this scheme, all the village population of  State will be benefited after construction of the project in terms of Health, Education, Marketing, accessibility to tourist centre, nearest G.P., Block, Subdivision, District head quarter etc.

CMRL is mainly intended to provide access to the remote and inaccessible areas with the urban area and administrative head quarters and reducing regional imbalance between the remote rural area and urban areas.
